Literal perfection

Cabin? This is a house... Not a cabin

That huge sauna is waisted space. The house is for 2 people so why is the sauna the length of the house

The overall layout of this small house is exceptional, but there are a few things I take issue with. The lack of storage space which could be addressed by wall cabinets, and underbed storage or even some storage space outside on the deck. The dining room table and chairs are joke and only function as art. There is room for a rectangular table and four chairs (standard mid-back straight chairs would do nicely and not give the diner a backache. The seating position of the chairs they have, and you can see it in the video, are reclined too much, especially when the people shown have to sit on the front half of the chairs to eat. A rectangular table would also give more cooking prep area. Windows, especially the ones high on the walls will cook the living room area on sunny days without some type of blinds. There is a serious lack of blinds or curtains throughout. The toilet paper holder is in a very awkward position and could have been placed handily on the wall to the left. Still, one of the best it is.

Perfect for the retired to transition into in later years. I absolutely refuse assisted living on any level in my future. This is a perfect size.

These are so easy to cool, too. Window units with an inverter (midea) or a mr cool you dont need many tools to install yourself saves thousands. Theyre easily sterilizable too which results in better indoor air quality. Definitely be aware of yhe VOCs in your build.

In Canada we cslled that wartime housing which were built after WW2We are in desperate need of affordable housing again. All ideas need to be considered

I love to open windows when the weather is good. There’s nothing like a fresh summer breeze. The sealed windows in these units wouldn’t work for me. Don’t you like having an open window when you’re sleeping or am I weird?

Too many neighbors for that outside bathtub. Nice though.

big luxurious bathroom and large bedroom, only to have a tiny kitchen, cramped dining area and basic living room???? The place is large but layout isn't ideal.

Well decorated with fine taste and style. Very light and positive. A beautiful house. The dual hallways keep the whole from feeling cramped. I like that. I have to agree with others about the sink. All in all, among the top tiny homes I've seen.
